How to delete your account

To delete your CertLok account and the data in it, email support@riskdataanalytics.com from the email address on your CertLok account. Put "Delete my CertLok account" in the subject line.

Before we delete anything, we check that the request came from you, by email or phone.

What we delete

• Your account and your personal information, such as your name, your email address, and what you uploaded.
• Access for anyone you chose to share with through CertLok Connect. We ask them to delete your data or confirm their access is gone, unless the law requires them to keep it.
• If you use Sign in with Apple, we cancel that sign-in link.

How long it takes

We finish within 30 days, unless the law requires longer. We email you when it is done.

What we may keep

We may keep some information when the law requires it, such as information about an incident that is needed for an insurance claim or a legal matter. If we keep anything, we tell you when you make your request.

CertLok SOS accounts

A CertLok SOS account is set up and owned by your company. Ask your company to delete it. You can also email support@riskdataanalytics.com and we will send your request to your company.
